Music Heals Too
Falling in Love is Bittersweet
Falling in love is bittersweet
The newness the laughter the rush when we meet
Exciting texts and soft moonlight
Steady touches carried through the night
But the clouds roll in dressed as pain
Old wounds rising old fears remain
The good the bad the ugly too
We tried our best but the past broke through
Romance kissed with steady hands
Whispers of forever we both had planned
But trauma lingers it writes its song
Unwanted drama where love belongs

Sometimes words on a page aren’t enough. Sometimes the heart needs a melody to carry the weight of emotions, to give shape to what feels unspeakable. Music has the power to reach places inside us that books and conversations can’t always touch.
That’s why I write songs alongside my books and healing work. Each song is born from real experiences—moments of joy, heartbreak, reflection, and growth. Just like jealousy, love, anger, or forgiveness, music reminds us that we’re not alone in what we feel.
Whether it’s a ballad about bittersweet love, an anthem of resilience, or a gentle lullaby to soothe the soul, these songs are another layer of healing. They’re not polished “pop hits”—they’re real, raw, and personal.
Because healing isn’t only about letting go of fear. It’s also about finding new ways to feel, to express, and to remember that beauty can rise even from our most difficult chapters.
Explore the songs below and let the music be part of your own journey back to peace, love, and freedom.
Losing the One I Loved
Ending things hurts more than you know
You were the best thing I ever held close
But I ruined it with my own two hands
Bad behavior, walls I didn’t understand
I never meant to cut you deep
I never thought that I would lose this dream
I take the blame, I carry the scar
Haunted by the past that tore us apart

Project title
Jealousy doesn’t whisper
It strikes like lightning in the dark
Sudden fierce and heavy
Tearing everything apart
The storm rolls in without warning
And the world goes quiet fast
All I hear is buzzing
As the calm slips through my hands
My words cut deeper than I meant
Texts and words I wish I could take back
Anger and hurt become a blur
And truth gets lost inside the cracks

Reflection: Music as Closure
When words felt heavy and conversations circled in confusion, I found my clarity through music. Writing and shaping my feelings into a song gave me a way to express what was true in my heart—without blame, without begging, without shame.
When my friend listened, they responded with just two words: “Painfully Beautiful.” Those words told me he understood. He felt the weight of what we shared, and the loss of it, too. In that moment, I realized music had become more than art—it was a bridge, a mirror, and ultimately, a release.
Sometimes closure doesn’t come in neat conversations or tidy endings. Sometimes it comes through creation—through making something that will outlive the pain. For me, the song wasn’t just for him. It was for me, too. A reminder that I can transform heartbreak into beauty, and that the story doesn’t end with loss—it continues with healing.
"I release the pain, but I keep the beauty.
I honor the love, but I choose my healing.
I create, I grow, I move forward in peace."
"Some endings aren’t forever—they’re lessons, pauses, and reminders of the love we carry forward. I release the pain, but I keep the beauty. Healing is possible, one step at a time."
